RE:FAIR 2026 invites practitioners operating at the intersection of art, culture, technology, and critical design to apply for next year’s edition. The fair champions heritage photography, experimental practices, emerging narratives with a focus on works that challenge market conventions and propose new paradigms of value.

We are seeking photography, mixed media and sculptural installations.

Applicants must complete the official submission form and upload their dossier. Only complete files will be considered.

01. Application Form

Please ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

02. Dossier Upload Process

Applicants must upload a comprehensive dossier structured as follows:

I/ Project Presentation

• Conceptual framework

• Visual narrative & methodology

• Production process & material.

II/ Documentation

• 8–15 images, video stills, or renders

• Caption list (title, medium, dimensions, year)

III/ Gallery Profile

• Biography

• Past exhibitions & publications

• Awards or distinctions

IV/ Statement of Intent

• How it contributes to the conversation around digital culture, equity, and evolving material paradigms

03. Curatorial Review

Submissions are reviewed by the RE:FAIR Curatorial Board according to:

• Conceptual strength

• Artistic innovation

• Technical feasibility

• Alignment with RE:FAIR 2026 direction

Shortlisted applicants may be invited for a remote conversation with the team.

RE:FAIR prioritizes critical thinking, experimental formats and emerging voices redefining the art ecosystem.

04. Confirmation & Signature

Successful applicants will receive an official letter of acceptance with:

• Participation terms

• Booth / project specifications

• Financial structure

• Production timeline

Applicants must review, sign, and return the agreement within 10 working days to secure participation.

TIMELINE

• Shortlist announcement: from March onwards

• Final confirmations: 23th of May, 2026

• Fair dates: 25th - 27th of September 2026

• Private opening: 24th of September

• VIP exhibition : 26th of September
